CEO BaZi · A FREE 90-MINUTE LIVE SESSION WITH SHER LI TAN
Or maybe you've never had one, and you're simply asking, "What's next for me?"
Join me for CEO BaZi, a free live session. I'll show you how to read your own chart, understand the season you're in, and finally know what to do next.
12 Nov 2026 (Thu) | 8:00pm (SGT)
Live on Zoom
Free. Live only. No BaZi knowledge needed.

You sat with a master. You nodded along. Some of it was spot on.
Then you went home, and life carried on exactly the same.
Maybe it happens every Chinese New Year. You check your forecast, note your good months and your bad months, and wait to see what happens.
Or maybe you're at a turning point right now. A bigger role you're not sure you're ready for. A job that ended without warning. Kids growing up. A relationship changing. A body asking you to slow down.
You have all the facts. You still don't know your next move.
Or perhaps you've spent years doing what's expected of you. The reliable one at work. The one who holds the family together. There's a Tang dynasty line that says it better than I can:
苦恨年年压金线,为他人作嫁衣裳
"Year after year, pressing gold thread into wedding gowns for others to wear."
Somewhere along the way, what you wanted got quietly set aside.
I know this feeling well. I had my own chart read more than once. And for years, I kept going around in circles.
A reading tells you what's there. It doesn't teach you what to do with it.
What changed things for me wasn't another reading. It was learning to read my own chart through a new lens I learned from Coach Roy Phay. For the first time, I could see the link between what I was given at birth and what I was ready to work on.
I didn't stop seeing the hard parts of my chart. I just stopped starting my views there.
Here's what I want you to know. Your chart can't be rewritten. But the story built on top of it can: the beliefs you were handed, the roles you were nurtured into, the "should" that was never really yours.
That's the step I want to show you.

Blind spots, not bad plans, are what usually throw us off course.

What's missing in your chart isn't a curse. It's simply not where your strength lives.

The sun, the candle, the mountain, the river and six more. Which one is you, and how do you act under pressure?

And how to tell if your hesitation is wisdom, or a habit keeping you stuck.

I'll read one volunteer's Day Master so you can see how it shows up in real decisions, at work and at home.

"If nothing could stop you, what would you do differently, starting now?"
As a coach and speaker, I had many life experiences and meaningful stories to share. My biggest challenge was choosing the right one, and structuring it so it would truly touch people and keep the audience engaged. That’s what I worked on with Sher Li over a series of coaching sessions while preparing for important event where I was to give a speech. What I appreciate most is that she helped me see my stories from the audience’s perspective and brought out the best in me through my stories. Instead of trying to make me sound “perfect,” she helped me become more intentional, authentic and impactful. She guided me so my message would not just be heard, but felt. Throughout that journey, I also consulted Sher Li on my BaZi. It helped me understand myself more clearly, and why certain stories were truly mine to tell and what I had to learn from my experiences. One thing I learned from her: a powerful speech is not about saying everything. It is about saying the right thing at the right moment, with clarity and heart- and building that confidence to do it! Because of her support, I was able to present my story in a way that connected with people more deeply. I’m very grateful for her guidance and encouragement, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to grow and to understand themselves better through BaZi.
I’ve worked with Sher Li in two separate organisations. She made a profound impact in my early days as a people manager by teaching me the basics of coaching, which I still apply today, and more importantly, the essence of what leadership means. This happened after only a handful of sessions with her across multiple training modules. Fast forward to today, I am extremely blessed to work with her again on my development path, and that she could do for my team what she has done for me. I sought her out for a BaZi consultation and it helped me spot blind spots I hadn’t noticed in myself and see more clearly how I lead and make decisions. Her words got me thinking a lot about how I want to move on in life. What sets her apart is her genuine interest in my growth. Her sessions are interactive and thought-provoking, and she held me accountable for what I’ve committed to apply beyond my sessions with her. Sher Li takes a personal approach to each individual and has the courage to speak hard truths but with grace, if you are willing to listen.
You've had a BaZi reading but never really acted on it.
You've just stepped into a bigger role and want to understand how you lead under pressure.

20 years in corporate Learning & Development ·
Executive coach · Creator of the W.R.I.T.E. Model ·
Founder, The Golden Core · Trained under Coach Roy Phay ·
On my mother's side, I come from healers. One grandparent was a Chinese medicine sinseh, the other a midwife. I grew up around Chinese metaphysics long before I understood it.
Then I spent two decades in corporate HR and Learning & Development, leading learning across Asia and coaching emerging leaders and senior executives.
I also know turning points from the inside. Divorce. Health battles that took 13 years to recover from. A retrenchment that took my job, and with it, my sense of who I was. All while raising two kids on my own. I was the poster child for "whatever could go wrong, did."
And I rebuilt every time. After the retrenchment, my career went further than I had ever dared to imagine.
Today, I bring both worlds together: the wisdom of BaZi and the practical tools of coaching. I'm not here to tell you who to be. I'm here to be an honest mirror, so you can see yourself clearly and take your next step on your own terms.
People I've coached say I have "the courage to speak hard truths, but with grace." I'll take that. Because the most important person you will ever lead is yourself, and that starts with seeing yourself honestly.

Not at all. I'll start from the very beginning.
No. I use BaZi as a diagnostic mirror to understand yourself and plan your next step, not to predict your future.
Yes. At the end, I'll share how you can go deeper in my 4-evening CEO BaZi masterclass, for those who'd like to. No pressure, ever.
The first two evenings are about living consciously: your chart, your elements, your Day Master. The last two are about leading intentionally: your leadership signature, your current season, and a 60-day plan written with my W.R.I.T.E. Model, with three real dates to hold yourself to.
No. This session is live only, so you can ask questions and be part of the conversation.
Please bring what you know. This session builds on it. It doesn't replace it.
Singapore time (GMT+8).
You've lived through every season so far. The next one, you can write on purpose.
A new chapter starts with an honest conversation with yourself.
Let's begin it together.
P.S. If you've been carrying a reading around for years, wondering what to do with it, this hour is for you.
Bring it along. Let's finally put it to work.
The fire is real. The fire is not over. Get the map.
